| Rear Size: 150/70-15 (stock) |
Was told by racers and "tire pros" that the narrower tire is better for quick turns and I like twisties best
Tried wider profiles. They don't perform well in the twisties.

Why mess with perfection?
It's cheap and it is the size the folks at Honda intended for it.

No mods necessary. The 150 Metz is narrower by over an inch, but I'm going back to Dunlop next time.

It provides adequate traction and any more tire is just added unsprung weight. Larger tires also make the bike harder to steer quickly.

No mods needed and it is the size that the bike was meant to run

Handles just fine.

Same reason.

I have no reason to change.

I tried the 170/80 and the bike didn't steer as effortlessly compared to the stock size.

Easiest to find, as well as deal with in terms of installation and the fact that I have soft bags on my bike.

I figure the high dollar engineers at Honda know a lot more about these things than I do, so why try to re-invent the wheel (pun intended)!

The bike was engineered this way, you'll have to admit, HONDA knew what it was doing when it built the MAGNA!!!!!!!

Why mess with a good design?

Never tried the other size but my experience the thinner tire will give a easier response in turns.

I went with a 170/80 15 for one season. It just did not handle as well. Made the rear feel tall.
